I found it advertising a car show and arts/crafts fair on a Saturday afternoon in Syracuse, Kansas. It was parked in this empty lot at the corner of the only stoplight in town, at Highway 50 and Main Street. The backdrop is one of the fieldstone walls of the local hotel.
